1) Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

If we experience higher-than-normal order volume, processing may take a bit longer. If there’s a meaningful delay, we’ll email you.

3) Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Typical delivery estimates (after your order ships):

Standard Shipping: 8-10 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
4) Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
5) Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply.

If you notice an address issue immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help (changes aren’t guaranteed once an order is in fulfillment).
6) Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.

If you still can’t locate it, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist.

Carrier delays can occur. If your package is delayed beyond the expected window, reach out and we’ll help investigate.
7) Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the package and product(s)
We’ll work with you to make it right (replacement or other resolution, as appropriate).
8) International Duties & Taxes (If Applicable)
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated at checkout.
9) Returns & Refunds
Shipping costs (including expedited shipping) are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
